At Auroh, we aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
🕒 Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- It must be in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
📦 How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at sales@auroh.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll review your request and respond with the next steps.

🔁 Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent, product defect, or damage), we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
- If you’re returning an item for any other reason (e.g. change of mind, ordered by mistake, not needed), the customer is responsible for return postage.
Important: Do not send items back without prior approval — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
🔍 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at sales@auroh.co.uk with your order details and photos so we can make it right.
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or product? We recommend returning your item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it has been approved:
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund
If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@auroh.co.uk.
