We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if placed before 2:00 PM UK time (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If any significant delays occur, we’ll notify you via email or phone.

2. 🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Options

We use Royal Mail Tracked services for all UK deliveries. You can choose your preferred delivery speed at checkout:

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

For international shipments:

Auroh is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applied to your order.

All fees related to customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow a few extra days in case of courier delays.
